Registration to the Symposium can be done using the Online Registration System.
 
Therefore we offer you a registration method which saves your time, your registration being performed fast and confortable.

REGISTRATION FEES
The registration is valid only after we receive the proof that the payment of the registration fee has been made (a copy of your bank receipt). 

All registration fees have 24 % VAT included.

The registration fee for physicians / specialists includes:
(1) Participation to the scientific events; (2) The Symposium’s materials (name badge, bag, “Final Announcement; (3) Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (4) Participation to the Welcome Cocktail; (5) Free access to the water and coffee machines; (6) Certificate of Attendance mentioning the CME, issued by the Romanian College of Physicians.

The registration fee for residents includes:
(1) Participation to the scientific events; (2) The Symposium’s materials (name badge, file, “Final Announcement" brochure; (3) Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (4) Participation to the Welcome Cocktail; (5) Free access to the water and coffee machines; (6) Certificate of Attendance mentioning the CME, issued by the Romanian College of Physicians.

The registration fee for students includes:
(1) Participation to the scientific events; (2) Nominal badge; (3) Access to the specialized medical exhibitions; (4) Free access to the water and coffee machines; (5) Certificate of attendance. 

The accompanying person’s registration fee includes: 
(1) Name badge; (2) Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (3) Participation to the Welcome Cocktail; (4) Free access to the water and coffee machines.

Note:
The Organizers take upon themselves the obligation to provide the bag containing the Symposium’s materials only for the participants registered
until April 1^st, 2011.
For the on-site registered participants, the bag containing the Symposium’s materials will be distributed taking into consideration the existing stock.

Companies and agencies that wish to register/accommodate a group of minimum 5 persons to the Symposium, please contact:

The Online Registration Form will be complete by the all Symposium's participants (whether if the registration is made by an individual person or by a company).
