Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees. Please make sure that YOUR NAME and “2012 IASGO Symposium” are clearly stated onall payment and transfer documents.
 
Bank charges are the payer's responsibility and will be paid along with the registration fee.
 
In case you choose to pay by bank transfer, a copy of the payment documents, stamped by the bank, will be remitted to the Symposium's  Management through e-mail or fax.
  
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
All registered participants shall receive at the end of the event a certificate of participation mentioning the number of Continuous Medical Education hours (CME) that 2012 IASGO Symposium was credited with by the Romanian College of  Physicians.
For the participants registered at the Pre-Symposium Course, the certificate of participation will be signed by the Symposium's President, Prof. Dr. Irinel Popescu. 

WATER & COFFEE MACHINES
Throughout the entire Symposium period there will be several self-service water and coffee machines placed in the exhibition area, for all Symposium  and exhibition attendants.    
  
TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
All the conference halls of the 2011 IASGO Symposium will be fully equipped with the necessary technical devices for video-projection. Presentations of the accepted abstracts will be made only in MS Office Power Point and presented on a CD-ROM, memory stick or floppy disk support. Please avoid Rewritable CDs. 
    
INTERNET 
All the participants will have free Internet access granted in the specially designated area inside Crowne Plaza Hotel, Bucharest.  

BADGES
Throughout the entire Symposium period, Social Evenings and official events, the participants and their accompanying persons are asked to permanently wear their nominal access badge.
