The International School of Surgical Oncology was founded in 2007, in
Bucharest by a protocol between „Carol Davila” University of Medicine
and Pharmacy and IASGO.
The First Course of ISSO took
place on April 7th - 12th, 2008 in Bucharest with the
theme of "Hepatic-biliary-pancreatic malignant tumors”.
Within the XIth Symposium
and Postgraduate Course of the Romanian Chapter of IASGO organised on April 1st
- 4th, 2009 at The National Institute of Statistics in Bucharest will
be also organised 3 postgraduate courses under the aegis of the IInd Course of ISSO (The
International School of Surgical Oncology) having as themes:
The interventional endoscopy on the
digestive tube affections (50 participants)
The interventional echography on hepatic affections (30
paricipants)
The surgical anatomy of caudate lobe
(12 participants)
Because the courses have a
limited number of participants, your early registration will allow you to
participate, everyone being able to get registered only to one course. The
Courses will be organised at The National Institute of Statistics and Fundeni
Clinical Institute.
An evaluation test will take
place at the end of the courses.
