Registration to the Symposium can be done by downloading the Registration and Accommodation Form and sending
it to Ralcom Exhibitions company, or using the Online Registration
system (recommended method).

*IASGO Members are considered to be the persons that can
prove the payment of the membership fee (2009).
The Registration
Form will be sent along with the copy of the receipt that
proves the payment of the membership fee. Of the IASGO Members
registration fees will benefit only those who paid their membership fee until
March 1st 2009 , the latest.
Participants’ registration fee
includes: (1)
Participation to the scientific events; (2)
Symposium’ Materials (name badge, bag, “Final Announcement” brochure); (3)
Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (4) Participation to the Welcome
Cocktail; (5) Participation to the coffee breaks; (6) Certificate of attendance
mentioning the CME, issued by the
Romanian College of Physicians.
Accompanying
persons' registration fee includes: (1) Name badge; (2) Access to the specialized medical
exhibition; (3) Participation to the Welcome Cocktail; (4) Participation to the
coffee breaks.
Note
The Organizers take upon
themselves the obligation of distributing the bag containing the Symposium’
materials only to those participants registered until
March 20th, 2009 .
For onsite registered
participants, the bag containing the Symposium’ materials will be distributed
taking into consideration the existing stock.
