Registration
to the IInd
Course of ISSO can be done by fillin in the Online Registration Form.
Each course has a limited number
of participants. The registration is proccessed in the order in which the
requests are received (and if the IASGO 2009 Symposium’s registration fee has
been paid).
Each person can only attend one of the 3 courses.
An evaluation test will take
place at the end of the courses.

Nota Bene:
Only doctors and
specialists already registered to the IASGO 2009 Symposium may attend these
courses.
The organizers will post on the website the
updated list of registred participants to the Courses untill all the places
will be assigned.
The persons who send the Registration Form
without being completely filled in are NOT taken in consideration even if they
pay the registration fee.
If a situation like this occures, the
organizers will return the received taxes.
The Registration fee to ISSO Course consists of:
(1) Course’s
materials (nominal badge, bag, Course Program); (2) Lunch-Box; (3) The Certificate of Attendance with CME credits issued by the Romanian College
of Physicians.
