Oral Sessions
1. There will be two (three) chairmen for each session.
2. All chairmen are asked to be in the Conference Hall no
later than 10 minutes before the beginning of the session.
3. The chairmen should make every effort to maintain the
time schedule in cooperation with the time keeper and should warn the speakers
about the remaining time, when necessary.
The total time of an oral presentation will be of
approximately 20 minutes. For the actual presentation there will be 15 minutes
allocated and the time for debates upon the paper will be of 5 minutes.
Please cooperate in order for the sessions to carry on as
scheduled and please adhere
strictly to the time limits.
